    Frequently Asked Questions

    • If you have house rules for us to follow, please let us know in advance.
    • We need access to water.
    • Please advise any contraindications to your therapist before commencing treatments
    • Please be in your gown or something comfortable and loose.
    • Please ensure that the therapist has safe parking close to an entrance as she will be carrying equipment and products.
    • If there is a fee attached the parking it will be charged to you.
    • Although we love our furry friends, please provide space where they won’t have access to us.
    • Please clear space for us before we arrive at your house.
    • Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. First to confirm the appoint is first served.
    • Appointment requests for outside our working hours are subject to a 30% surcharge on the total invoice.
    • A non-refundable deposit equivalent to your travel fee confirms your booking. Appointments will not be confirmed otherwise.
    • The confirmation fee for group bookings is 50%.
    • We need about 10-15min to set up.
    • We do not provide sensual/sexual favours with our treatments, so please DO NOT ask.

    No, we do not have a spa facility. We’re a team of mobile therapists who travel to you instead.

    Sure, you may pay for your treatment via Electronic Fund Transfer from your banking site online. We also accept cash and card payments.

    Payments must be made immediately after your treatment. Group bookings will be quoted for prior, and you will have to pay a 50% deposit before the appointment.

    You don’t have to worry about a thing! We’ll arrive with a foldable bed, clean towels, essential oils, and anything else we may need. However, we will require space for setup as well as access to water.

    • Electric blanket
    • Water bottles

    We use all-natural products that won’t harm your skin. Our creams are fragrance- and preservative-free.

    Yes, we arrive with music downloaded and ready to play from our computer/tablet. However, you may choose to play your own music through your own stereo system.

    Our playlist comprises of soothing tracks, including instrumental music, nature sounds and healing solfeggio frequencies. You may choose to play anything else you prefer, like audio books and TED talks, or other music that helps you relax and re-energise.

    Bookings cancelled within less than 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee. This amount will be communicated on a per-case basis. To avoid paying a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

    Appointments are only confirmed when we receive proof of payment of the non-refundable travel fee.

    We are a team of seven therapists on standby. Please note that we need a 24-hour notice should you wish to book two or more therapists.

    For individual clients, setup takes 10-15 minutes. For setup at events, we need at least 45 minutes.

    No, all our therapists are trained professionals who can do the treatments offered at the same level of competency. Appointments will be booked with the therapist(s) available.

    Yes, we sell vouchers which are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

    No, you need to choose what treatments you want to book for when you confirm the appointment. This will help us to know how much time to allocate, and what equipment and product(s) to pack for your appointment.

    Here are our COVID-19 protocols as a preventative measure to ensure the safety of both our clients and staff:

    • Please do not feed your therapist.
    • New clean linen will be used for each appointment/booking.
    • Massage bed and tools are sanitised before and after each client.
    • Therapists wash their hands before and after each client.
    • Please ensure that the room we’ll be working in is well ventilated.
    • Both the client and the therapist must wear a face mask.
    • Clients who are not feeling well won’t be attended to for treatments.
    • Some of the PPE that we use include:
      • Face masks
      • Gloves (where applicable)
      • Sanitiser
      • Alcohol spray

    This is all depends if you booking for your self or a group. We do have a minimum two therapist call out fee of R1000
